PHOTO WORKSHOPS 2012 - PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MEXICO ARTISTIC NUDES and SWIMWEAR Latest news - we are running a 3-day workshop for PHOTOGRAPHERS AND MODELS. We welcome photographers, models, and couples. We are pleased to invite photographers and models of all levels of exeperience. OVERVIEW We are offering this workshop to individual photographers and models who would like to learn about photography/modeling, and also to couples who are interested in learning about shooting artistic nudes/swimwear and building their portfolios. This a still-photography workshop and will not include video. You will bring your own digital camera, since the logistics of working with film are too demanding for the scope of the workshop (finding a film-processing lab, the time involved, etc.) It is recommended you bring a laptop computer so that you may select and display your favourite images for review and critique. |
You will learn from various sources; - the Photographer - who will give demonstrations of his technique and discuss his vision. - the models - who have a special ability to teach other models how to pose, to model, find the light, be confident with your body and know how your body looks best on camera. Additionally, they will provide all participating photographers with feedback and suggestions on how best to compose your photographs - they know their best angles; they know how to help you get the best possible shots - and all at no extra cost! - your own experience - by directing models, experimenting with composition and reviewing your best images with the photographer, the models, and the other workshop participants. - a fun and highly enlightening portfolio discussion in which you will present your 10 best images for discussion at our end-of-workshop party. The emphasis is on LEARNING and FUN.
